NOTE FOR CLASS: DO NOT wear shaping/toning footwear to class (i.e. Sketchers Shape-Ups, Reebok RUNTone, etc)! These shoes will have you off balance and interrupt your workout.
1. We encourage all Body Motions clients to register and sign up for classes in advance, either over the phone, in person, or through our website.
2. Please keep track of your class package expiration date(s). If your 30/90 day usage window expires, Body Motions will not refund you the cost of any unused classes, unless you were unable to use a class because of unscheduled studio closure or class cancellations.
3. Any and all refunds will be administered at the sole discretion of Body Motions Studio. If you need assistance, please contact management with the info above.
4. All clients registering online should register for class at least 60 minutes before the scheduled class time. One hour prior to class, the online sign in sheet will be closed and registrations will have to be handled via phone.
a. This policy is to ensure consideration for you and our instructors.
Everyone’s time and gas is essential and we try to acknowledge that.
5. If there are no students registered for a class 60 minutes before the scheduled start time, the instructor may cancel the class at his/her discretion.
6. All online cancellations must be processed at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you are scheduled for a class but do not attend and do not cancel, you will be considered a “no show.” Your class pass will still be deducted.
7. We understand that traffic, metro delays, or other sudden occurrences may keep you from attending class. We encourage clients to call/e-mail/self-cancel in advance if they need to 30 minutes before the start of class.
