How do I register for classes?Please follow the link to register for classes that you would like to attend. Classes are filled using an online registration website called MindBody online. This site allows you to register and pay for classes. What Should I wear for class?Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that can stretch as you move. A close-fitting t-shirt or exercise shirt is recommended so it won’t come loose in various poses. Yoga is practiced barefoot; please remove your shoes outside of the studio. You may place them on the storage cubby and racks in the changing area and in the studio. Changing RoomsThere are public bathrooms and 2 small changing areas in the studio available for students to change clothes. Keys to access the hallway bathroom are available at the reception station. |
Exercise EquipmentWe encourage you to bring your personal mat and towel with you to class. However, if you forget, mats and towels are available for your convenience at no change. We do ask that you clean the mat after using it. Various fitness items may also be purchased at the studio. Water/FoodIt is a good idea to bring a water bottle with you to class. Exercising is generally easier to perform a few hours after you have eaten. A light snack 1 ½ to 2 hours before class is okay. You may purchase water or energy drinks at the studio. There is absoluetly NO FOOD inside the studio! |
If you arrive late to class...Please try to arrive to class (30 minutes) early to prepare for the class. Certain classes may not be entered after the class has started as it may disturb other students. Your teacher has sole discretions on the enforcement of this policy. |
